Delete your account
To delete your DIAGME account and all data associated with it, send an email to:
Send the email from the address your DIAGME account is registered with, using the subject "Delete my account".
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in identity
- Profile data (name, date of birth, gender, country)
- Health measurements, scores, and charts
- Meal history and meal photos
- Laboratory results and uploaded documents
- Connected integrations (Garmin, Apple Health, Duolife)
- Notification preferences
- Personalized recommendations
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
We will complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving your request and confirm it by email.
